Introduction

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ju999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.Eligibility

To register and use the ju999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these criteria at any time is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ju999 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request proof of age at any point during your account lifetime.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual or a legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ju999 or its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons legally prohibited from gambling or entering into such agreements may not register.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement at ju999 or any affiliated gaming platform. If you have previously excluded yourself, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new account.

2.Account Registration and Security

Each eligible user may register one account on the Platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. ju999 may at any time request additional KYC documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. ju999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify ju999 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your ju999 account is personal to you and must not be used by or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• ju999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time without prior notice. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

ju999 may close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, ju999 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder using the contact details registered on the account. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ju999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ju999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers are available for eligible players. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by the Platform, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes Bangladesh Standard Time in the majority of cases, subject to any pending verification requirements.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. Any winnings derived from a third-party deposit may be voided.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the ju999 compliance team following a successful identity verification process.
• ju999 does not charge a transaction fee for deposits or withdrawals made through supported Bangladesh mobile payment methods. Your payment provider may charge its own fees; ju999 bears no responsibility for third-party transaction fees.
• ju999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence or anti-money-laundering checks on any account where unusual activity has been detected. During such a review, your account balance remains intact.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

ju999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific bonus-level terms communicated at the time the offer is made available. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the bonus-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that bonus.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account closure.
• ju999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account but before the wagering requirement has been met, any unconverted bonus balance will be removed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer will expire within the validity window stated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through coordinated betting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

5.Responsible Gaming

ju999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing an existing limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration per login. When your session limit is reached you will be automatically logged out regardless of any active game rounds.
• Cooling-off periods: you may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: you may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. 6.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ju999 Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, all funds will be subject to review, and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be voided. ju999 reserves the right to report prohibited activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or exploiting software errors or glitches to obtain funds.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to facilitate the movement of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate Platform outcomes in a manner not sanctioned by ju999.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or indirectly through associates, family members, or shared devices.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any transaction made through your ju999 account without first attempting to resolve the matter through the ju999 customer support process.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the ju999 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, data compilations, and interface designs — is the property of ju999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ju999.

The ju999 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ju999. Unauthorized use of the ju999 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other reason outside the direct control of ju999.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game results, or promotional content.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials, including failing to log out on shared devices.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

ju999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ju999 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. All data is processed under SSL encryption and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. 10.Amendments to These Terms

ju999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ju999 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, displaying the date on which it was last updated.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ju999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ju999 internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the governing jurisdiction.
